The recipe for marketing that delivers outstanding results starts with good data, adds strong customer and prospect feedback. then feeds that back in communications that allow consumers and partners to feel like each message is tailored for them.

Some of my successes:

  • Relaunched Eight Products that were stagnant, underperforming, and declining in sales through brand licensing, repackaging, and messaging.

  • The national rollout of graphics for Surgeon General to reduce smoking in urban areas.

  • Created messaging and visual tools to help 32 companies gain venture and crowdfunding.

  • Created visuals, messaging and campaigns that helped close funding on multiple motion pictures, motion picture extra production and immersive events.

Greg has a created a proprietary feedback loop process with sales and customer support operations to create messaging specific to customer concerns which in turn allows marketing to develop questions for sales and support that go deeper into client concerns creating more effective marketing.

Sales

Selling is simple. When combined with a predictable and effective selling system, good client interaction, an intelligent ear to understand all aspects of a clients business including operations, finances, channels and marketing.

Sales successes:

  • Closed substantial key accounts as Microsoft, Computer Associates, Autodesk and Oracle.

  • Over 400 Hours of sales and sales management training and over 10,700 hours of boots on the floor selling and team development.

  • Sold six accounts which allowed my employers to expand their revenue streams into new areas. Two companies pivoted their business to the new offerings.

  • Created key clients specifically to position our company for sale. Was involved with the ground development of three acquisitions.

  • Created feedback loops with marketing and customer support to refine our sales messaging which improved my close rate and improved the companies close rate by an additional 20 percent.

  • Closed business for companies that had previously been unapproachable netting account opportunity of an additional Eight Million dollars.

Whether launching a new venture or tightening up a current one, creating a roadmap that unifies the output of sales, marketing, customer support and operations is the key to ensuring smooth and profitable execution. Greg has helped over 30 companies from tech to transportation to provide significantly better outcomes giving the business owner or board more focus on their core offering and expanding additional revenue streams.

  • Assisted large building contractor to focus on the cost of not having key people in place which was preventing if from growing.

  • Assisted an organization with high turnover to review and realign with a better company culture which started with a team inventory to make sure the right people were in the right jobs working on a customized, prescriptive plan which allowed team members to be an integral part of their employment experience.

  • Helped transportation company create three new revenue streams to eventually replace a core focus in a space which was becoming less profitable and more crowded.
